Setup Stopped working

I launched the setup and it does a little animation and then a large blank window pops up and then immediately another window pops up saying that it stopped working.

sorry my problem is so vague, i'm not sure how to even search for a solution or even if this problem has already been posted. I tried searching with terms "Stopped working" as that's all the information it gives me.

i have 8GB of ram, maybe that's why idk... Here's a picture.

Oh yeah, I probably should mention that i downloaded the app from the website: https://freedomgpt.com/

I allowed it through the firewall. It asked to let it through right before it crashed, i allowed it. and re-ran it a few times and the problem still persists.

I'm going to check back on this occasionally to see if anything happens.
