Log settings import bug

[OH1KH]

Open Cqrlog and select a log from Database Connection window
select button utils/clear log
answer NO to prompt to get log cleared
prompt: log is cleared
select button utils/configuration/import and open configuration ini file
prompt: configuration imported successfully
open log

There are no settings, station callsign is empty

Close Cqrlog, open again and do utils/import/settings again.
This time all settings are there.

Bug: After log cleared settings import to empty log can not be done without first restarting Cqrlog
