Remove flatdict dependency

flatdict is an unmaintained package which only supports up to Python 3.9 (which will stop being maintained in 10/2025). Please remove this dependency.

This issue was brought up and then closed as fixed inexplicably in 2021: Remove flatdict requirement #203

@dgilman-hrp thanks for bringing this to our attention. We are currently working on a new version of the SDK using new tooling and a later version of the Okta OpenApi spec. I'll tag you as that work moves forward to ensure your concerns are addressed. I've opened an internal issue for tracking to ensure we don't lose sight of this. OKTA-795099
