Does not properly handle not found routes with a target _blank attribute

If a page has a link that isn't handled with davis.js with a target="_blank" attribute, it still loads the link in the same page instead of a new one. The fix was simple. I'll make a pull request. I wasn't able to find the right place to add a test for this functionality.
