This issue is about ensuring that we use TLS handshake information to strengthening our assessment of whether there is or there is not DNS inconsistency in the websteps experiment. We'll consider it resolved when websteps implements that.
This methodology was originally proposed to me by @fortuna and we discussed it again today with @hellais. I could not immediately find an issue describing this problem, so I thought it was proper to take note of it. I'll process this issue more along with other websteps related issues when I finalize websteps next month.
