Option for both pro and retrograde

In the Lambert scanner mode a flag is given whether the object are pro or retrograde. This is given to the Lambert solver in the inner loop. When a set of both pro and retrograde objects is used it might be useful to compute both senses and find the lowest deltaV transfer, irrespective of sense.

Ideally this is flag is removed altogether and depending on the given set of TLE the necessary computations are done to find the best solution.
