MOSIP is developing a new API that can be used to send birth and death packets without a Java mediator

Dev tasks

MOSIP supplies the API endpoints and the proposed request and response values
MOSIP supplies an example of how the cryptology should be handled, or specs
OpenCRVS connects with these examples to Collab
