Bug description:
Bugs for deduplication feature

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login as RA/ Registrar
2. Click Ready for review
3. Review any duplicate record

Actual result:

• In duplicate review page, tracking Id of original record not showing. As a result cannot go to comparison page
• tracking id not showing in verbiage
• Supporting document not showing in review page
• Mark as duplicate not working as original tracking id not showing

Expected result:

• Should show tracking id link and navigate to comparisson page
• verbiage should have tracking id
• Should be able to view supporting document
• Mark as duplicate should be working
