Registrar's name displayed instead of Certificate Collector in 'certified' action of record audit page.

Bug description:
When any certificate is printed on collection (printed and issued), registrar's name is shown instead of the certificate collector in the 'certified' action for that record. Although, shows the correct relationship.

Steps to reproduce:

1. In the certificate printing flow, choose any option as collector except 'print in advance'.
2. Print the certificate.
3. Search that record and download it to see the history section.
4. Click on the 'certified' action from history.
5. Observe the name under 'printed on collection'.

Actual result:
Shows [Registrar's name] (Relationship) under 'printed on collection'.

Expected result:
Should show [collector's name] (Relationship) under 'printed on collection'.
