Description:
Missing states while scanning in Scan ID QR dialogue.

Steps to produce:

  1. Click on "Scan ID QR Code"
  2. Scan a valid ID

Actual result:
Scans the ID within some seconds and redirects to details page with data.

Expected Result:
Should show loading state and valid ID state in Scan ID QR dialogue, then navigate to details page.
