There are many issues noted in https://openedx.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/AC/pages/2554331530/Toggles+and+Settings+Documentation. The higher priority issues have already been migrated to GitHub.

Additional Notes:

  • Ideally the page could be archived once this is complete.
  • As of 2023-06-24, the issues are not yet on a Project, so the priorities in the doc (for the already migrated tasks) are not yet in represented in GitHub. It would be great if that information could be handled somehow.
  • The notes that haven't yet been migrated to GitHub may be lower priority, and should either be ice-boxed (deleted/archived?) or moved to GitHub. They will need to be reviewed bullet by bullet.

As noted above, I also want to be able to capture prioritization of some toggle issues that were in the doc.

Possible ideas:

  • Add a new edx project or openedx project.
  • Add to the existing Arch-BOM project (as maintainers) in a way that is filtered out of certain views.
  • Simply move [High], [Med], etc. to ticket headers.
  • Add some prioritization labels.

This relates to arch-bom backlog item edx/edx-arch-experiments#291, but at this point, I don't want to prioritize against other arch-bom work (at this point), but just across the repo itself.

[idea] Could capture on this issue (or a permanent issue) as a sorted task list on the issue.
