At the end of the workflow run, the data generated should be uploaded to the OEP. If it's an official run, at least. So in order to do this, a task or subcommand uploading the data should be implemented.
The tables who's contents should be uploaded are listed in issue #367. It's not done yet, but the tables already listed there are a good starting point to begin development.
