Hi! Please help me! I can not send a message to telegram bot. The following is written in the logs
[WARN ] [ab.action.telegram.internal.Telegram] - Method failed: HTTP/1.1 302 Moved Temporarily
Maybe I'm doing something wrong. But I checked the config a hundred times.

I don't use the action myself, but according to this community post you may have configured a wrong token.

Can you move this issue to openhab1-addons @kaikreuzer? That's where the telegram action is maintained.
