Bug Description and Steps to Reproduce

VS2022 dotnet包的open-im-sdk创建语音消息公共静态MsgStruct CreateSoundMessageFromFullPath（字符串soundPath，长持续时间），入参 string soundPath = @"C:\temp\jpaitest.wav"; ；但是返回的消息体SoundElem这个对象总是null,问题这个是什么原因，是由于路径不对，还是录音文件格式的问题引起
