I wanted to discuss in it the FOSDEM schedule for the Open Design track.

The meeting you are talking here is a separate meeting or it plans to join the monthly one? Just saying since you might not know about the overlap and there might be more subjects to talk about in the meeting.

We were talking about having it in the same meeting. If you think that's a problem we can figure out a different time! (Who knew we'd have too many things to talk about?)

@simonv3 since I haven't participated to the last call I'm not sure how long it would be. These are the topics I would want to talk about FOSDEM in that meeting. They would need a minimum of 40+ minutes (in case people prefill the spreadsheet in advance). I guess we can do them both :)

That seems pretty long. Also not super relevant for people who aren't attending FOSDEM, so maybe we should section the talk in a before and after? We should start an agenda maybe? Done in the original event issue.
