Bounty 2 has been claimed, so we need a new one!

Some ideas:

Ordinals from the pizza transaction
An ordinal with a human-readable name (winner is most frequent, must provide word list)
An ordinal from the 9 ball (oldest liquid ordinals)
A rare ordinals (huge step up in difficulty from uncommon)
Most fragmented UTXO

Bounties have been getting claimed quickly, so we could consider ramping up difficulty.
