That post discusses a giant whale wallet, as well as a ring of feeder wallets (called the TIPER Ring) that belong to UpBit.

So looking thru this Google Docs, it seems like the TIPER ring would qualify more for our CEX grouping vs. the N2C37...7R3WU. Coinbase is starting to do some of their own inter-exchange routing which has been bulking up our CEX stats on some days. Thoughts?

We can at least insert N2C as a Wallet of interest without giving it a CEX Group.

Personally, I would like to see it categorized as a CEX wallet. I found the argument convincing that N2C3 and the TIPER ring, are all Upbit, just different hot/cold storages. If it is not categorized as a CEX, I think you would have large false positives for net inflows and outflows.

After thinking about this, I'm OK w/ labeling them all as CEX. I was concerned about it throwing off CEX withdrawal/deposit #s, but in this case if we capture all of them the on-balance diff will be neutral. We're going to do more to expose our raw CEX data soon anyway...
