I have tried to tie this address to an announcement about Algorand (listing announcement) or a user help ticket, but have been unable to do so. Maybe someone else will be able to.

Overall, eight different deposit addresses indicated that this was blockchain.com. However, I couldn't find a second indicator to confirm these transaction notes.
