The primary reason for this belief is the many txn notes, identifying Flipster. I have tried to identify an ALGO listing announcement or other announcements, but have been unable to do so. The WECL began activities in June 2023, and Flipster (AQX) was supporting Algo in July 2023, https://support.flipster.io/hc/en-us/articles/7361302698255-Deposit-FAQ, though that is hardly a connection. That being said, with the large number of txn notes, across many deposit addresses, I still think it is very likely that WECL is a Flipster address.
