Secondly, the largest outflows from this address go to Huobi and Kucoin addresses. Yeah, PESC is a deposit address for Kucoin. Whether it is a deposit address owned by BitPin, or owned by a market maker/user of BitPin, I do not know.

I did see that the deposit address was also used by F7K4PYKDALJESXMIQZ5GKX6TTHUVTO7VEGHQ3DAU45GVU4L64JIZ6YHDWQ. F7K4 and QOXF3VTPXEC7HBFU4PECT3DRK76Y5V5NYEG4SAD3HM3NQ43HEXEYMZFSCU behave similarly to exchange addresses, so I did consider that they were new addresses for BitPin, but couldn't find enough of a connection.
