I believe that JBMDG3V2I3OP42UP2WS6F5QPXYF4PNY7NPJFI3XIKQ2HTOBHUZZ5AK7KHU and IPYEOCI6XZ2LMJW3UG2J6LSLXNSGX54RFBLSNAAFJHEDRUERSSYXHTR3FM are on-ramp/off-ramp addresses associated with Exodus. Exodus offers many onramp and offramp partners, including, Banxa, Blockchain.com Pay, MoonPay, PayPal, Ramp Network, Robinhood Connect, and Sardine, https://www.exodus.com/support/en/articles/8598908-how-do-i-get-help-with-my-buy-or-sell-crypto-order. I don't know if all of those options operate on Algorand. Maybe an exodus user could help out in identifying the various offramp options, by sending a test transaction.

Overall, I think it is quite likely that this address is an onramp/offramp address associated with Exodus. However, due to their many partners, and my unfamiliarity with the Exodus wallet, and the different nature between exchanges and on/offramp solutions, I am unable to assign it to a specific onramp/offramp provider and think it warrants more investigation.
