Updating links and titles via API

I've been trying for a long time to create an option in the Telegram bot where, through the API, I can update a source link and update a title for a shortened link. Is this even possible at the moment? After all my tests, it keeps returning a 500 error. Before that, an error appeared that the action parameter was not appearing. I added some plugin that was supposed to fix this, and it turns out that it didn't help. If there is a solution in the community or a plugin that solves the problem, I would really appreciate it.
