I have long URLs and I want to see them without truncation as seen here as [...]

Any way to prevent truncation?

A little lower in that same file you'll find a filter that a plugin could use to override the default length and return something longer:

Something more creative could be to have the filter just return $newstring unless $string starts with ^https?:// (regex) and $length = 60, then apply custom logic effectively only to URLs that use the default length value. (PHP might have a way to introspect the function and get the actual default in case it changes, but I only know how to do that kind of thing in Python and a little bit of Java 😅)
