Projects "my items -> View options" is not keyboard accessible

When trying to work through GitHub Projects with the keyboard I came to the My Items section and tried to go through the "view options" and I was unabel to keyboard navigate the pop-up. When I press tab it closed the pop-up, when I went back to try arrow keys they did nothing either.

Expect: that when I open the "view options" I can navigate the pop-up vis the keyboard making this more act like a dialog that I can interact with.
