Github Education request

Hi everyone,

I recently applied for the github education free benefits, and got approved however i have yet to recieve either an email about such benefits , or any access to the benefits. It has been roughly a week since I applied, is this normal?

No, certainly not its not really normal for this to happen but you can contact the GitHub support team and ask them about your current status..

Don't worry, the waiting time may vary depending on different factors, such as the volume of requests; it usually takes a few days, but sometimes it can take a little longer, even a couple of weeks.

When the benefits become available, the status label will turn purple and change to:

• Congrats! Your request for @MSheekh6 was approved and your benefits are now available.
