Mine application goes rejected everytime on GitHub Education

Hi everyone,

I had some troubles with proofing my studential status on git. My university doesnt provide mails to teachers and students, also I have student-ID written by hand, i guess thats a problem, because its hard to understand cursive on different language. I applied two times and i dont know what to add, except better quality photo of my id. Does someone have any suggestions?
