Error in GitHub Foundations Exam Submission: 404 Error & Loop Threads Issue

Hi everyone,

Hello GitHub Education team,

I recently took the GitHub Foundations test using the Student Developer Pack. After spending an hour or so on the exam, I encountered issues at the final submission stage. Here’s a summary of the problem:

• Problem Encountered: On submitting the exam by clicking the 2/3 part of the exam, I received a "loop threads" error, causing the submission process to stall.
• Re-attempt to Submit: I restarted the application and encountered a new error message: "Error getting initial setup data. 404" (attached is a screenshot for reference).
• Test Access: This was a paid test, but I used the GitHub Student Developer Pack to access it for free.

Please guide me on how to proceed, or if there is a way to reset my session or reattempt the test without affecting my record.
