At present, the Review changes button is only visible on the Code changes tab. It would be beneficial to place it in a more accessible location, such as next to the Code button in the top right corner, so that it remains available across all tabs. I often switch between the Conversation and Review changes tabs; after reviewing the code and leaving comments, I return to the Conversation tab for additional context, and then I have to navigate back to the Review changes tab to submit my review. Is there a straightforward way to implement this?
