Request for GitHub education benefits

Hi everyone,

Hi,
I submitted a request for GitHub education, but it was rejected, stating I need to update my billing info and I am not on campus.
I updated the billing info, and this semester I am only taking research credits so I am not on campus. Can I get help on the steps to move forward?
