GitHub Checkout getting around 10 minutes to complete within the GitHub Actions

We are using GitHub Checkout action to checkout the GitOps code during the action run and suddenly consumes around 10 minutes complete the action and we are programmatically do the code commit which also increase the time as well. We were unable to found any clue.

Some information are,

• We are running 100s of actions parallel with Self Hosted Runners
• We are not using tokens explicitly
