I approved on November 19, but still can not access my benefits.
Glad if someone can help :)

My request was also approved on Nov 19th and I couldn't get it yet. FAQ says to wait up to 5 days when not on busy season, so we'll probably have it by next week ;)

The waiting time may vary depending on different factors, such as the volume of requests; it usually takes a few days, but sometimes it can take a little longer, even a couple of weeks.

When the benefits become available, the status label will turn purple and change to:

• Congrats! Your request for @tristanrauhut was approved and your benefits are now available.
