Keep getting caught rate limit and countdown works really slow

Starting today, my copilot keeps getting rate-limited. I am mostly using Claude 3.5 sonnet with edits. I can say I invoke copilot every few 1-5 minutes, making changes and fixes.
Now on my every single invoke I get a rate limit, which says I should wait 1 minute, but that 1 minute is most likely 3-10 minutes, and that second countdown works slow if I am not living in same universe
Is there high usage in services right now or am I caught in some limiting?

same here... hit the wall pretty fast. O1 is rate limited from the start when experimenting with roo cline. This is the cost of "cheap" 10usd/mo I suspect

well, it feels weird because invoking copilot every few minutes shouldn't be considered high usage, because you made changes, fixing wrong code all the time. What other user profile they are aiming get? We are not simply making html page that has spinning square and ball. I don't use o1 or 4o because they lower the context size and its keep removing the codes and writing placeholders, Claude feels clearly more suprerior

It's basically unusable for me right now when trying to use sonnet or o1. Rate limited almost immediately even after waiting overnight and on a paid plan too.
