I'm encountering a severe rate limit problem while using GitHub Copilot, which has significantly affected my work efficiency. I'm hoping to get some help here.

Environment Information

• Development Tool: Visual Studio Code (VSCode)

Problem Description
During normal use, I usually receive the "rate limit exceeded" error prompt within less than half an hour of working, after which I can no longer use the relevant functions of GitHub Copilot.

1. Detailed Operation Steps and Scenarios Where the Problem Occurs

1. Open VSCode, ensure that Cline and VSCodeLM are configured correctly, and successfully connect to the GitHub Copilot service.
2. Start my daily code writing work, such as writing Python scripts or performing some simple code completion operations.
3. During the use process, I frequently request code suggestions and completion functions from Copilot. After about 20 - 30 minutes of work (the specific time is not very fixed, but generally within half an hour).
4. Suddenly, a prompt message will pop up on the screen, saying "rate limit exceeded". At this point, no matter how I try to trigger Copilot's functions, I can't use them normally.

My Attempts and Troubleshooting

• I have confirmed that I am a GitHub Copilot Pro user, and my subscription status is normal with no overdue payments.
• I have checked the network connection. The network is stable without obvious delays or interruptions, and I'm not using a proxy server.
• I have tried updating VSCode and the relevant Copilot plugin to the latest version, but the problem still exists.
• I have cleared the cache data of VSCode and restarted it, but the problem remains unsolved.

Impact on Me
Due to the frequent occurrence of this problem, I can't use GitHub Copilot smoothly to assist my code writing work, which has greatly reduced my development efficiency and brought great trouble to my work.
