External registeries available for all namespace

I just created a Harbor registery.

I understood that I have to create a secret in the name space to be able to use it to pull image from in the namespace where the secret is created.

But it will be much more easier to be able to allow any namespace to do it without creating a scret fore each namespace ...

Any idea ?
