Add developer information to the submissions

The idea is to add information about a submission in a specialized developer mode. We have to think of which data will be visible, but it would be helpful to show how mosparo would verify the submission so that if you develop an API client or an integration, you can see how your data should look for the verification.

Required features

• Area to show additional data in the submission detail page
• Specify and collect the visible data

Optional additional features

• Add an option to turn the developer information on/off
