Add All countries option

Right now, you can add a country rule and a number of countries that will receive points if a user tries to submit the form from one of these countries. If only some countries use your form, you would like to add all other countries and give all other countries some points.

But that means you must add rule items to this rule for all countries - which is a lot of work.

The idea is to add an All countries option, which can be added to the country rule.

We should also check if we could add this feature for other rule types.

Required features

• Add the option to the rule type Country and add the form fields and description to the rule form
• Adjust the validation logic to find the correct country and number of points
