I would like to see MIDI out per track/instrument on Linux. I think this is more important than VST support since I think it's generally better (especially with large template) to host plugins/samples outside of the notation software. The main advantages being if Musescore crashes you don't have to reload your samples, and you don't need to reload them when switching between projects.
