TailwindCSS classes not working with PrimeVue and Nuxt 3 integration

I’m encountering an issue while integrating PrimeVue with Nuxt 3 in a new project. I followed the documentation step by step, but after completing the setup, TailwindCSS classes like w-full are not working as expected. Additionally, the typography defaults to serif, which suggests that TailwindCSS is not being applied correctly.
