Connection time-out via telnet and java.net on Port 443 since 19.12.2023 (new ssl certificate)

Hello,

since 19.12.2023 we got a connection problem on our tomcat server, which got a "cacerts" trust with nominatim.openstreetmap.org.
Yesterday morning i added the new certifificate and had a successful connection. (at 5:47 a.m. Greewich Time) But that was short-lived.
The connection problems continue...- Now at 6:06 a.M. GWT its successfully connected again.

this issue is solved - the whole new chain is now imported to tomcat cacerts.
