bun 1.1.4 could not install on windows.

I tried to install the latest bun 1.1.4, but it failed with Failed to find package "@oven/bun-windows-x64-baseline".

Finally, I found I configured registry to https://registry.npm.taobao.org, I reset registry to the default https://registry.npmjs.org and it works now.

Maybe the registry mirror has some synchronization latency.
