我用的环境

PHP 版本：5.6.9
overtrue/wechat 版本：3.1

问题及现象

例如通过第三方平台获取公众号的菜单，没办法通过appid或者accesstoken来获取公众号的菜单信息，Menu里面获取菜单的方法只针对公众号平台开发，暂时没有适配第三方平台？

看到了，Open Platform只完成了基本开发，其他的功能有待完善😆
