FR - external sites - title for each entry shall be translatable

Expected behavior

Tell us what should happen
Title of each external sites entry should be translatable to be used with Internationalization, to prevent in a WW scenario to have x time the same icon, just with different titles

Actual behavior

Tell us what happens instead
for each different title (language) a new entry need to be configured in the admin section which leads to irrelevant icons for the user as they refer to the wrong language

Steps to reproduce

1. add an entry in external sites admin web page
2. add an entry with a different title
3. open the cloud in the top left corner of the browser window
   and find 2 entries, where only 1 should be visible.
