Acquia has changed the name of the file that downloads drush aliases from acquiacloud to acquia-cloud.drush-aliases. When you download and extract the directory from acquia, it is now named /acquia-cloud.drush-aliases/. Please update the directory name from acquiacloud to acquia-cloud.drush-aliases in https://github.com/palantirnet/the-build/blob/release-1.0/conf/drushrc.php

Sorry I didn't see this earlier! I've merged this fix now and will include it in the next 1.x release.
