Brief Summary

If you create the OpenAPI and look at it in a UI tool like Swagger https://editor.swagger.io/ or https://github.com/microprofile-extensions/openapi-ext/blob/main/openapi-ui/README.md you will see that the request Body Example Value is empty.

Hello @LarsBrenker,

I was able to confirm, using your reproducer, that the OpenAPI document produced by Payara contains an error that prevents Swagger from showing the request body correctly. I have raised an internal issue FISH-7636, describing the issue for the Engineering team to fix. Thank you very much for your bug report!
