Brief Summary

Randomly logs get flooded with severe error messages like:

SEVERE jakarta.faces.component the component(jakarta.faces.component.html.HtmlDoctype@1c6553e) is the head component of the stack, but it's _isPushedAsCurrentRefCount < 1.

This problem is probably related to the fix to faces: eclipse-ee4j/mojarra#5273

Problem happens with both payara 6.2023.2 using jdk11 and 6.2023.9 using jdk 17.

Expected Outcome

Logs should not get flooded with these error messages

Current Outcome

payara logs are flooded with SEVERE error messages.

Reproducer

It is not easy to reproduce (see related bug on mojarra).
Seems to happen a lot with projects that have longer initialization process.

Temurin-17.0.8.1

Without the proper Reproducer app, it is difficult for us to investigate the issue. Request you to kindly provide us with the reproducer that should ideally follow the SSCCE rules: http://www.sscce.org/.

Hi! Sorry I'm quite busy at the moment. I'll try to provide a reproducer next week. Hope it is ok.
But the same issue was fixed in JSF (se link in summary), is it not enough?
