Typically on a manual gerber export the option to Subtract Soldermask from Silkscreen would be selected, ensuring that the silkscreen does not cover any pads in the gerber files.
The PCBWay plugin does not use this option, which means that any silkscreen text or graphics that cover pads is not cleared in the exported gerber files.

Thanks for your comment. Yes,now our KiCad plugin does not use this option. But when our engineer double view your file,they will check with you about that.
