Preconditions

User has opened a new file
Create open path

Steps to reproduce

Select path
Select "Arrow" from the 1nd drop-down in "Stroke" section on "Design" panel
Select "Diamond marker" from the 2nd drop-down in "Stroke" section on "Design" panel

Actual behavior

Stroke Caps are not displayed in the viewport.

Expected behavior:

Stroke Caps are displayed in the viewport.

OS and Browsers:

macOS\ Safari
