Stroke Color Does Not Update Consistently for a Group of Shapes

User is logged in

Steps to reproduce

Create a board
Create a rectangle
Create an ellipse
Click SHIFT and select all created shapes
In the Design panel click "+" button next to "Selection stroke"
Click color item in Stroke section
Pick any other color
Click on viewport
Click color item in Stroke section
Pick any other color
Click on viewport

Actual result

The stroke color does not consistently update for the selected group. It may remain unchanged until further interaction, such as clicking elsewhere or reselecting the shapes.

Expected Result:

The stroke color should update immediately and consistently after a new color is selected for the group.
