Preconditions

User is signed in to GitHub account

Steps to reproduce

Open login page and click "Create an account"
Click "GitHub", select account

Actual result

The registration process fails, and the user encounters the error message: "Auth provider not allowed for this profile."

Expected result

We see user field pre-filled from GitHub a checkbox, and a submit button.
