error LNK2038: mismatch detected for 'RuntimeLibrary': value 'MD_DynamicRelease' doesn't match value 'MT_StaticRelease' #83

When running 'python setup.py build_ext' as described in
https://github.com/philippkraft/cmf/blob/cmf2/documentation/installation/CmfInstallWindows.md
The error described in the subject occured.
After adding compiler parameter /MD to cmf_wrap.cpp compilation it works.
The following line at setup.py 348 did the trick:
"/MD",
